7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription ("Pro").

By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

All purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policies.

SAYLY does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAYLY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any reliance on AI-generated content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use.

Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
